Our villa is situated above the port of Cala Gonone, in a central but calm residential area named Gustui. This part of the town is one of the most beautiful due to its fantastic panorama, its natural surroundings and its calm and pleasant atmosphere. The little tourist harbour and the centre of Cala Gonone with its local beaches are within walking distance. Only a few minutes from our house, at the bottom of monte Irveri, a panoramic path invites you to relaxing walks between sea and mountains. Surrounded by a big garden, our residence accommodates three holiday apartments between 50 and 80 square meters. Two large apartments are on the upper floor of the house whilst the small one is located on the ground floor with a view to the garden.

The apartments are bright, spacious and  equipped with high-quality mattresses, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a completely equipped kitchen and a living room with a daybed. Due to their carefully chosen furniture, the apartments are cosy and comfortable.  Our holiday apartments can also be booked in lower season and during the winter months. During these periods Cala Gonone is the perfect spot to practise sport activities in a gorgeous nature such as free climbing, trekking, mountain biking and canyoning. It is also an ideal location for all those who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to take a rest from daily routine.

La Pergola

The apartment, renovated in 2007, has got two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one with separable beds), a small room with a single bed next to one of the bedrooms, a storeroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living room with a daybed. The apartment is about 80 square meters. A large terrace next to the apartment with view to mountains and sea is roofed over by a wooden pergola, to make sure you can stay outside at all times, even during very hot periods.

The small apartment with garden view is located on the backside of our house. The apartment is about 55 square meters and has got one bedroom (with double bed), one small room with single bed adjacent to the bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a kitchen-living room with a daybed and an external terrace roofed over by a wooden pergola.
