Cala Luna

Locality: CALA GONONE

Access: From the harbour of Cala Gonone, pleasure boats go to Cala Luna from the end of May until the end of October and during the holidays. Alternatively, you can choose to walk along the path through the canyon for about one and a half hour.

Description:

Recommended season: Throughout the whole year in the area of the (large caves) it is recommened not to climb on windy days (sirocco).

Position /orientation: It is situated on the east side.

Height: 15 to 75 metres.

Execution:

Ropes: 60 metres for one pitch ropes (routes of the length of one rope) or 2 ropes 50 metres long for the longer trails.

Nailing / pegging: Mainly bolts and pitons.

Number of routes: There are about 36 routes and some more will be bolted
